Account and Guest Relations Manager

Role and Responsibility

In your role as Guest Relations & Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for being our company’s main point of contact with our clients, the Property Owners as well as ensuring our Guests receive an outstanding service. The in-depth knowledge you have about our services, coupled with your knowledge and awareness of the hospitality and short-term rental industry, and your relentless drive to provide outstanding service will ensure our both Owners and Guests recommend our services to others.

Your main responsibilities as an Owners and Guest Experience Coordinator will be:


Owner Relationships

  • Being the main point of contact with all of our Property Owners and ensuring all their questions and concerns never go unanswered;
  • Being extremely knowledgeable of our operations in order to explain to our clients (Property Owners) the benefits of working with Stella Rentals . You are expected to establish strong work relationships with them and help solve their questions and, when needed, convince them of the changes required to improve the performance of their property;
  • Having one-to-one meetings with each client, at a minimum of once per year. Welcoming our clients when they visit their properties and ensuring they have an amazing stay;
  • Understanding all the key performance indicators of our industry such as Booking Revenue, Occupancy Rate, Average Daily Rate, Booking Velocity, etc. and being comfortable explaining these KPIs to Property Owners when presenting strategies and recommendations;
  • Report to the Angel Host Account Manager any changes needed to listings or any questions you might have about a property’s performance;
  • Developing referral opportunities from our satisfied Property Owners, who could introduce us or recommend us to other potential clients;


 Guest Services

  • Verify daily arrivals and departures in our property management and task management systems;
  • Perform in-person guest check-ins and if not available at check-in, visit the client during their stay;
  • Ensuring that the Guests that stay at our properties have an unforgettable experience;
  • Working in conjunction with Angel Host’s Guest Services and Stella Rentals’ Maintenance or Housekeeping Teams to solve local issues related to the guest experience;
  • Using Breezeway, our task-management software, to report any deficiencies either reported by Owners or brought up through your interactions with Guests. Understanding Breezway's overall structure to be able to provide updates to owners on any/all open and closed maintenance tickets.
  • Be resourceful and creative, ensuring complete guest satisfaction! Remember, our objective is to always have happy guests. This involves solving any on-site or experience-related issues that Guests might face before or during their stay.
